The “Just so you knows” and “just in cases”!
Each product and service offered by our company is subject to its own specific terms and cancellation policies. We ask that you carefully review the individual policies listed below to ensure that you are aware of the conditions that apply to your booking or purchase. Please note that refunds, where applicable, may be subject to a processing fee.
Lodges
- A 50% deposit will be charged upon booking to confirm your reservation
- Remaining balance payable 30 days before arrival
- If your booking is within the next 30 days, the full amount will be payable
Cancellation Policy
- Non- refundable within 20 days in advance prior to arrival
- Any refund allowed will incur 3% processing fee
adZentures
- Full payment will be charged to confirm your booking
Cancellation Policy
- Non- refundable within 2 days prior to the outing
- 30% of the total amount will be charged for any cancellation within 4 days prior to the outing
- No refund except the company is unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen reason and /or unable to provide alternative date
- Any refund allowed will incur 3% processing fee
Retreats
- 20% hold deposit are non-refundable for any reason
- Hold deposit is transferrable to another new attendee assigned by the original attendee
- Full balance due 60 days before the start date of the retreat
Cancellation Policy
- 25% (less deposit) will be refunded 30 days prior to the retreat start date
- We regret but No refund within 29 days of the retreat
- Any refund allowed will incur 3% processing fee
